The Village at Deaton Creek is an award-winning gated Active Adult Community (55+) about 40 miles north of Atlanta, Georgia. It is located on 545 acres and will include 1250 single family homes and attached villas. The 35,000 square foot clubhouse is the showcase of the community on which Plycem Fiber Cement Exterior Trim is used extensively.

The Village at Deaton Creek was a Gold Award Winner in the Overall Community Design Category for communities with 850 or more homes by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). The Clubhouse serves as the community's gathering place for the majority of the activities and organizations that make living in The Village attractive.

Plycem Fiber Cement Exterior Trim was chosen for use on the clubhouse primarily due to its durability and attractiveness. Plycem trim complements the elegant styling and architecture of the clubhouse, and helps highlight the exterior of the beautiful and large windows that give residents a breathtaking view of the foothill countryside.

Plycem was easy to cut and install on this construction site, helping the builder achieve construction deadlines for this focal building that serves as a definitive selling point for the development.
